"Customers beware……Drop off work clothes with no Bleach on them, received them with bleach spots on them. I brought this to there attention for a resolution and the workers don’t want to take accountability and ownership is no where to be found. Terrible customer service…. Huge language barrier."

"I go there every 1-2 weeks and everytime I promise myself I won't come back but because they are 2 blocks away from my home and open 24 I always do. The place is 90% of the time dirty. Dryer sheets all over the floor, always couple of machines are out of order. And many people that go there, put laundry in and leave. How many times i had to ask the lady working to pull their clothes out."

"They have a card system so first you have to pay 2 dollars for a card. Next they closed all their bathrooms as out of order so no sink to wash the soap off your hands. Other then that it's a laundry mat like any other. It has alot of machines so you can get in and out. Changed down to 2 stars because of the mold and algae in the machines they don't clean them. All your clothes you wash here gets green algae and black mold washed in with it. The drier will not kill all of it unless it has been in there for a long time and every inch of your clothes is dry and really hot to the touch which is like 20 more mins after its all dry."
