"They don't wash clothes well! There was so much detergent in the laundry they gave back to me until my skin started to itch and I sneezed a lot when I wore the clothing. I was appalled that that they would do that. This gave me so much frustration."

"I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years..I love this laundromat and was saddened when they closed late last year but elated when they reopened!! One of the best employees there is Nicole, super efficient and friendly!! Keep up the great work Laundry station!!"

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this laundrymat. Being a first responder and schedules always shifting. I walked in 8/21/23 at about 10:34pm As soon as I entered, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff member screamed from behind the register that they were closed and last happened already!! She chased me out the door with rude and aggressive behavior. I've never felt so disrespected in a public place. I will definitely not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. I went to Utica Laundrymat and there last call is 10:30 as well. The gentleman said no worries. The time helps them gage but it’s ok. Time I walked in 10:47pm. See how customer service works. Customer Service is paramount."

"I hate to be negative, but this place is horrible as usual! The dryers are not all the same temperature even if they're on the same setting and your clothes take forever to dry. The laundry attendant was helpful!"

"This place is always my go-to because it is 24 hours, completely accommodating your job no matter how early or late you work. They have their own card system but it's worth it especially with their parking lot, stations you can wipe down, and large wall of dryers. Typically the time I go are empty, so I'm able to fold inside. But when The location is full of people, they ask for you to go home accommodating COVID-19 regulations. Every time I go they are always cleaning, spraying down machines, and changing the lint trays. Customer service here is also a 10/10!"
