I would have gladly paid more to have quality work done in lieu of paying their low prices for shotty work. I had to take a pair of pants they had altered right back in after checking them out because they sewed the back patch pocket on at a 45 degree angle. Upon cutting some of the many threads they left on the same pair of pants they took in, the entire seam opened up. I had a knit dress hemmed and asked twice if they could indeed do knits and they assured me yes. Not only was the work not done with a coverstitch machine, the two lines of sewing are all over the place and the hem is insanely wavy. I have to take this all out and have it redone. You have Juki industrial machines and eager staff. Please raise your prices and offer much better quality work."
