"This place is the worst laundry place in Brooklyn. If it is not packed with people or the employees washing laundry. The money machine short changes you every time, i put 10 dollars to get only 6 dollars in change and was never given the proper amount. The other change machine has been broken since August 2022 with no repair date set. The dries are always broken, currently there are 6 out of 20 not working. If you don’t fight to get a machine you have no choice but to wait additionally if it doesnt say its broken there os still a HIGH chance the drier you use will not dry your clothes making a 2hr laundry trip into a 4+hr chore On top of this all the washing machines are full of mold where the laundry detergent goes. This is my last time coming here. They do not deserve the rating they have."
