"No hot or warm water here! I am paying extra for hot water and it was cold. When asked the woman here, she was very rude and didn't reply and no help. Even the stains didn't go despite using good detergent!"
"The older gentleman refuse to let me in although I came before 7pm. If I arrive around 6:30 he proceeds to talk with customers how I come late to wash and what did I do all day. Although I always finish before closing"
"The staff is extremely disrespectful. You talk to them for anything and they stay quiet. They take your clothes out of the machine having other machines empty. This quilt is brand new, meaning I have never used it and took it there to wash it and it got yellow stains. When I took it to the attendant she was very rude and said that it was impossible for the machines to do this. I wash that quilt with white sheets but I dried it alone and this happened. Yesterday was the second time that I went there and the last time, won’t be going there ever again. Another thing to take to account is that they don’t seem to clean the thing where you pour the detergents, always dirty. The laundry is cheaper than other laundries around but it’s not worth it, it is a tiny place and the machines don’t have enough water. I hope I could give 0 star."
"Went 1 hour and 10 min before closing, and they told me I couldn't wash anymore. Machines were already shut off. It takes 27 mins to wash, 30mins to dry. Who said I was going to fold there? Their store hours are very short. Open late , close early, ESPECIALLY on the weekends. For people with long work hours, I don't think this laundromat will suit your tight schedule."
