"This is the 2nd time we encounter the same rude employee, first time was that she didn’t let us go wash even though we arrived before 8 & according the sign last wash is 8pm. There was also another person putting their clothes to wash & they had to leave as well.This week, my husband ask to use the bathroom & she said it was not working, so he went home to use it & I stayed at the laundromat & I saw other customers going in and out of the bathroom."
"I don't know why every time we go to wash the women who are there harass and bother my wife. The last time we went at 7:30 they took us out saying that they were going to close and it wasn't the only time we went because Now we are not going to go anymore. I don't recommend them. Maybe the management tells them to bother the customers. They should change the employees."
"Bubbles and Suds have earned my utmost respect. Most recently, I was not happy with how they followed my instructions with my clothes. I shared my disappointment with their kind driver and their place of business and they apologized profusely. I thought that was the end of it but Omar, the Owner of Bubbles and Suds, called me within 20 minutes to discuss the situation. I was unavailable but he left me a voice mail message and soon thereafter, we started emailing each other. He bent over backwards to advice that he would do anything to make sure I was happy with them. That is service with a white glove approach—very rarely felt these days. I am thankful to them and their owner for how they handled my situation. Bubbles and Suds are the type of folks I’d trust to take care of my families’ clothing needs."
