"They need to remodel it. The machine wasn't producing enough water, the dryer not that hot. It was flooded and they didn't seem to care about the flood you couldn't usr the back dryers in corner because of flooding they didn't cover it up or mop it up it was just there accident waiting to happen,since new owners it is not doing well it is cluttered with clothes everywhere they made a part of laundry like a little room and it's junky, not enough lights NO T.V OR MUSIC. MAJOR RENOVATIONS NEEDED.. THE MACHINES ARE BROKE OR THEY USE IT FOR THEM TO LAUNDER."
"Place needs to be cleaned up a bit. Most of the machines work, not all. Otherwise, it is a good place to get your clothes washed at a cheaper price in the neighborhood. I do question the higher price for the washing machines but that's probably a price that another entity has set for the machines. Slightly recommend."
"I've been twice, and each time I found the premises filthy, riddled with crawling bugs (they actually crawled on my feet...yuck) , machines that didn't work and unfriendly staff. I hate to say it, but I think that because they are across the street from a huge project community, they don't feel that they need to keep the machines, the floors, and the tables clean or even greet you when you come in the door. Both times I left there feeling dirtier than the clothes I came through the door with. The 2nd time I actually came back to turn in the card that they force you to buy to use their machines. I had a $7.50 balance on it and the desk person gave me a dollar back. So as not to waste the money, I ended up using a washing machine for $7.50 to use up the balance. What an awful awful experience both times. I'd rather wash my clothes by hand than to ever step foot in this unkempt place. How is it possible to go to a DIRTY establishment to get your clothes clean? Victoria McC"
