"This place is rundown and the many of the machines are broken. The dryers are also in serious need of repair or replacement. On the day I was there recently, three dryers were broken, two did not work on the high setting, and three washing machines were down. Spend a few dollars more and walk down the block to Degraw and Henry. That place is cleaner and infinitely better run and operated. If I could give Dream Clean zero stars I would."
"I’ve had multiple items get ruined here. I do drop off and have been a customer for almost three years now. Usually it’s cheap stuff, so I just through it away or use them at pajamas. This time it is my favorite pair of slacks. They came back with stains on the legs, and I know they weren’t from me. I went to the store to show them, and they said almost nothing to me, and acted like I was dumb. I’m no longer going here, I suggest you do the same. They don’t do a good job, and they have terrible customer service."
"I have been going here for 3 years now and have never experienced a better customer experience in my life. They really get to know you, and make you feel like a regular and part of the community. In addition, you can bring your own detergent, which is great if you have allergies or want to use a less potent chemical base. They also, on occasion, will allow you to select garments you’d like to be hung and dried. A great price, a dollar per pound, and convenient and safe measures during COVID, in addition to the fantastic service is what keeps me coming back!"
