"They ruined my new $200 cashmere sweater and have been horrible to deal with. I received it back from dry cleaning shrunken two entire sizes. They insisted on taking it back to fix it and sent it back to me in even worse condition, stretched into an insane shape. After endless exchanges of photos and measurements, they agreed to pay for the sweater and refund me, saying I could pick the check up at the laundromat, with no other details. I went to pick up the check and they said I had to give them the sweater to get it. I had thrown out the sweater because it was unwearable. They claim they thought the sweater was at the laundromat, despite my having sent them multiple photos of it in my home and with me wearing it. Absolutely AWFUL. I’ve had to go back and forth to this place four times as part of this kafkaesque process. I used to bring my laundry here for wash and fold and I won’t even trust them with that anymore."

"While this laundromat is close by the staff is not friendly and management doesn't seem to care since I see many reviews with the same complaints. I'm doing my laundry and ran out of dollars I gave the lady 10 dimes and ask for a dollar, she started counting them one of the dime had a very small dent on the side (the outer side ) she told me the money was no good, I said what do you mean clearly I didn't make it. She then go to the draw open it put the change in took it back out.... gave back to me and told me she had no dollars, What business open with no change and it's 12:30pm!?"

"I utilized the laundry delivery service a few times. Everyone that I have worked with were nice people. However, a few garments I owned for 20 years were ruined. Separately, the pricing structure doesnt make sense. I was advised that a bath rug cannot be washed together with my other garments due to their policy and there is an extra charge of $8+. If I am requesting my clothes to be washed together, why wouldn't that be honored ? To me that is a way to make more money and not the benefit of the customers protection based on "their policy." They do not have dedicated machines for rugs so how is that protecting me?"

"I have done laundry here a few times and though the staff is neither the friendliest, or most helpful I have never had any real issues. According to their website and all signage posted at the location they close at 10pm, I arrived at 8pm. After purchasing wash card and walking over to one of the many available washing machines to load my laundry at 8:05pm. I was then informed by an employee I was not allowed to do laundry. I asked why only to be told "the last wash is at 8pm". I inquired if this information is new? or posted anywhere? As they are "OPEN" till 10pm, and last time I started my laundry after 8pm however was not told about any last wash time table. This prompted the response of "I just cleaned them" mind you several machines were still clearly in use for what I assume was drop off service. This place has really poor customer service and should really update their website to include time restrictions. If you want to sit inside a place for two hours and not do laundry come at 8pm! Because they are OPEN but not accepting wash!!"
