"Don’t drop off laundry here - they’ve lost my clothes a couple of times and do nothing to remedy the situation. On one occasion I had to drop off a sweater that was not mine."

"The attendant that works here in the morning is completely insane. Screams at baseline upon any request. This morning, I went in to do laundry as I do every week but needed a new laundry card so went to the dispenser and paid 5 dollars after getting cash from the ATM. After the card came out I asked the attendant to break my $20 bill, he suddenly starts screaming at be and trying to rip my card out of my hand to put back into the machine. Obviously, like any normal person, I’m alarmed because this man is telling in my face and basically assaulting me at this point. He gets so angry that I don’t understand what he’s trying to communicate that he starts slamming his hands down on the table. Proceeds to suddenly break the bill then walks away again screaming. Goes to scream at some customer and she comes over to help but can’t. He finally comes back to return the $5 from the machine that dispensed the card that didn’t work. My best guess is that he noticed the card didn’t work when dispensed, but instead of saying that he started immediately screaming and snatching it back. Long story short: attendant is insane, there are better places to spend your money."

"I’ve been doing my laundry here for a few years, since getting rid of my car; but, if I had the choice, I would go to Clean Rite or elsewhere. Pros: nearby, large, clean, machines are modern and well-maintained (though some you have to jimmy rig to close properly). Drop-off service is reliable. They’re better than others in the area. Cons: I am very big on customer service. It can be the best place on earth but if the customer service is bad, it’s not worth it. That said, it’s really only one guy there who’s VERY rude, so I just ignore and try to avoid him (it’s the thinner/taller of the two). They close at 9PM but he’ll start rushing you and literally hovering over you by 8:30PM if you’re still folding. If you are having difficulty with a machine, he’ll yell at you as if you’re breaking the machine (note the jimmy rigging reference above); and if the machine malfunctions, as it did one day when after the rinse cycle my clothes were still very wet, he’ll find some way to make it your fault. On this occasion, he implied that I had filled it up too much and that’s why it didn’t wring out all the water. Thankfully, the other normal one was there and he just ran the rinse cycle again at no charge. Consequently, he’ll give unsolicited advice—telling me I’m putting too much clothes in either the washer or dryer and that I’m gonna break the machine. As if I haven’t been washing clothes since I was 12. Finally, he doesn’t know how to speak to anyone without yelling. Young, old, male, female, Black or white, he’s yelling. The last time I was there he yelled at my toddler telling her to sit down. I’m starting to think that’s the default volume and tone of his voice. Or maybe he’s a curmudgeon. Regardless, I look forward to the day I won’t have to deal with him anymore. To add insult to injury, they just raised their prices."

"it’s fine but don’t expect them to sympathize with you if you use a broken washer there. just did two loads where the water clearly isnt working on the machine i used and they yelled at me in front of everyone accusing me of not paying (which i did. twice.) and didnt even check the machine. ive also seen them yell at other customers there. go elsewhere"

"I’ve been here a few times and the place is always clean with machines in good working order and they’re way newer machines than some other spots I’ve tried close by. I haven’t had any issue with the owners or the laundry cards, as some other people have mentioned. I also can’t speak to their drop off service since I haven’t used it but I’m really happy with this spot for washing my own clothes!"
