"I have been going to this laundry for 12 years now. They are not the first owner. Before these people took over the laundry mat, it was great. However, from the time these owners took over, there have been a lot of issues with them. You were getting sufficient water to wash your clothes. Now your clothes are being washed without any water, you can barely see water in the pre-wash and the main wash. And when you take something to pour water in the machine, it's always an argument with them. I love my clothes to be clean. I get more machines than usual, because the machines do not give an adequate amount of water to wash your clothes. It wasn't so before, in my honest opinion, I think they are playing in the machines. You were getting the last wash with warm water, and they charged it to cold water. Moreover, the people who are dropping their laundry in this laundry mat, please be aware, one thing I can tell you is that you don't see the way your laundry is being washed and handled. They are not cleaning the machines the correct way. They said that they are using tide laundry wash, but they pump liquid soap in the gain container, their too much. You will find all sorts of different soaps in the softener area. The machines are very filthy and disgusting. In conclusion, some of the staff are working harder than others. I have seen that, but they cover their bosses back because that's their daily bread. Now I go to that laundry mat once in a while ONLY in the summertime, just to save me on my electricity bills. The owner, the woman. She is a VERY nice person in all of them."

"Staff is awful. They watch you like a hawk and try to convince you to use more than one dryer when you don’t need it. Their last wash time was 8pm with a close time at 10pm. Washing takes 30 mins, drying takes 30 mins and I fold at home. I’m a regular and I showed up a few minutes after 8pm and they refused to let me do my laundry. They no longer use hot water Also, one time, One of my items was stuck in the washer door and I asked them to stop the machine so my item wouldn’t get ruined and they pretended like they couldn’t help me. It’s always packed and it’s hard to move around. The place is run down looking. It’s cash only but they have the cheapest prices in the area so that’s nice I guess. They’re racist in a neighborhood of mostly black people. They should move if they don’t like the the people in the community."

"Pay attention to putting your quarters in the machines, they will eat your quarters if you don't notice it, the guy worker there can't speak a lick of English, was unable to get my $1.50 back, he saw it working, then walked away, Driers is very hot."

"I’ve been taking my laundry here for drop off for five years. The staff is friendly, thorough, and trustworthy. I’ve never had anything go missing in 5 years.. which is remarkable! They do an excellent job with organizing and folding, and clean laundered items are sealed in a plastic bag inside your laundry bag for pickup. The prices are super reasonable. I always make sure to tip because of how hard working and thorough the staff is. Highly recommend if you live in the area."
