"I asked the short Latino lady for help she was very rude to me for no reason. She wouldn’t give me a cart to take my clothes out the washer to put in the dryer. She told me don’t speak to her and said something very rude in Spanish to me. I will be contacting the bbb and an attorney because I truly feel embarrassed and shocked that she would act that way towards me and I come here at least once a week. I was extremely nice to her. But I can’t let this one slide. She should not act like that with customers that come there all the time. My mom and aunt go there at least once a week as well."
