"When the machines don't work they dispute you as though you did something wrong. There's a lack of chairs, and half are broken. The homeless like to come in and panhandle for quarters, some just hang out. There bathroom is always out of order even if your a paying customer but then you catch them going to use it they get the one star because there a one star minimum and its down the block where I reside other than that they really need improvement."
"The most filthy laundry area i have ever visited. They staff pretend they do not know english when ever there is a problem to refund money or assist to get clothing dried of there is a faulty machine. I had a problem where most of my did not dry. Management did nothing to help. Their excuse "too many people are using the machine"."
