"Please believe all of the one star reviews. There are multiple staff members here who, for one reason or another, have a huge chip on their shoulder. They're incredibly demeaning, rude, and unpleasant to be around. For their own sake, the owner/manager really needs to hire new staff. They've lost my business (and based off the other reviews, a lot of other people's business) because of their nasty, bully employees. The one good thing about the place is that it's clean. Also, there are clearly many fake five star reviews which is why the rating is so high..."

"Completely unbearable workers, they make the experience uncomfortable. They are so loud and disruptive. The owner does nothing. There have been many complaints and they somehow still work there and continue to abuse customers! Go here at your own risk. I’d look elsewhere at the many other laundromats in the area that are clean and have professional, kind employees. If you read through the reviews, a lot of them are fake or they say the same thing! This business is extremely shady."

"Hello, I am a returning customer and I ask that you please reevaluate your employees. This is the third time that I have come to your business and this employee has not only insulted me but also your other customers. The employee with the black net and blonde hair is a level of unprofessional that I have never seen at an establishment before. She curses out and calls customers derogatory terms. She threatens customers and tells them that they will learn or else. She also yells at the customers to get out and hurry up washing so that she can leave/go home. She needs to be assessed, retrained on customer service, or fired. There are many other people who are happy to work in your facility that will have proper customer service and people skills. Myself as well as a few other paying customers will not be returning due to her unwelcoming behavior. Anyone looking for a peaceful experience and not looking to be harassed by employees should go elsewhere to do their laundry."

"Very clean laundromat with good machines but a certain staff member makes the whole experience miserable. They are extremely rude and bully the customers. Everyone is kind of forced to tip toe around the place because they are watching every move you make and will scream at you for the most petty reasons. I’ve never ever experienced a worse vibe in a laundromat but the facility is great, the staff member just needs to learn some basic human etiquette. I’d recommend the laundromat further north on Nostrand over this place, the staff are really kind and chill and it makes for a far better experience."
