"If you can hit this place when it's empty it's great but it's small and fills up fast. Coins required. Getting dryer access is a problem. The attendant orders folks around quite freely, which sometimes works to your advantage and sometimes is stressful and annoying. More than once she has barked at me to move or stand in a certain place. As a person in a large body, I know where there is space for me and where there is not. I'm doing laundry, not boot camp. Let's chill out."

"got brand new expensive sheets delivered he other day and brought them in to be washed via the drop off service. the owner said she used bleach on them and when i got home to make my bed, saw a bunch of yellow bleach stains on them. i brought them back, showed her, and explained that i had *just* got them, and the lady that owns the place responded by starting to yell and calling me a liar. ruined one of my shirts, too. *insert ubiquitous "i wish i could rate less than one star" comment here*"

"DO NOT GO HERE if you don’t want your items messed with while you are PRESENT! I had an employee of the shop pull my clothing out of the dryer before my time was up and it was still wet to put in some of their clothes, and they stole the time I had in the machine! Do not come here, there are so many other laundromats in the area"
