"Clean, and drying is free but the dryers aren't hot and the drying time is short. You can add more time and make it hotter for a price."
"I called just recently & the guy on the phone didn’t pick up the first time. I called again & he was so rude. I asked him what time does the laundromat open & close, and he says 7am but bangs the phone on me. I called another time, he sent me to voicemail. I called one last time & he was even more rude!! I do not recommend that service to anyone!!!!"
"WORST PLACE EVER. I used to go to this laundromat since they opened (LOVE NEW MACHINES). But as time passed it has become worse over the days. They have gotten cheap!!!! They don't supply you with warm/hot water. Regardless of the water temperature you choose, its set up to be cold water. So don't bother choosing a water temperature, cold water is the only option. The staff is told to let clients know that the machines feel cold outside but the water is actually hot inside. FIRST OF ALL THIS SAYS ALOT ABOUT THE OWNER. ALSO, WHO IS THAT DUMB TO BELIEVE THAT? My clothes came out super cold, and you want me to believe that warm water is provided? The owner is CHEAP and does not provide heated water (its more expensive for the owner). P.S TO OWNER: just know that expenses come along with owning a business. How dare you try and fool your clients."
"Clean place, the "free dry" system was a little difficult to understand at first. One of the workers had to explain to me that I had to enter my card multiple times to add more dry time. Basically, you earn dry points when you wash, based on the size of the washer you use."
