"The absolute worst. They ruined a very expensive formal dress- told me the turn around time would be 3 days; i had a wedding the following week that i planned on wearing it to. They NEVER even got it back in time for the wedding 8 days later! I was told "it's coming tomorrow" for days. Once i saw that they DESTROYED my dress, manager promised a refund and now IGNORES me. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"

"Buyer beware. I had been trying to give this place a try for a long time and they are probably the least effective business I’ve ever worked with. My clothes came back with staples in them. Every single article. Hours are not their genuine hours (obviously a mission critical feature of a dry cleaner is to be open when they say they are). They’ll just be closed at random times throughout the day and won’t return. Literally 100% of the time they over promise and under deliver on timing of delivery. The phone number doesn’t work. They don’t respond to emails. Listen to the comments here — even if you live in S Williamsburg find somewhere else. You’ll save yourself the hassle."

"My girlfriend dropped a dress off here for a zipper replacement two months ago. We were told it would take a week to fix. We have now been going in every day and getting a series of excuses as to why we can’t get the dress back: -there’s a family emergency -the driver who picked up the dress isn’t answering -they are updating their internal system and so they don’t have our information anymore Something similar had happened once before and they gave us a credit, so we have them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. After the second time, we will never be using this dry cleaner again. Incredibly slow, terrible customer service, the place is a mess, and they aren’t even offering any compensation for (what we assume is) a lost the dress."

"this place is a complete nightmare. they ruined my two really expensive items to an unrepairable state. they kept promising to fix them, so I said sure you can try, and now it’s been two months since I can’t get these items back from them. every time I come over they give me an excuse like “it’s on the truck with the driver, we’ll have them back by tonight” and of course they never have it back. obviously they would never compensate the cost of there ruined items. I’ve been using their services for about two years, and even with cheap shirts that they don’t ruin, you’re never gonna get them back in time. so just save yourself a headache and never do any business with them. on the photo is my céline shirt after they dry cleaned it. all the glued seams got destroyed and the fabric now looks like a floor mop. this item was in pristine condition before they dry cleaned it."
