"Always pretty clean and well kept. Machines always up and running. Even on busy days it’s doable to get your laundry done. Helpful when help is needed. One of my flatmates does pick-up/drop-off laundry - I’ve heard it’s great and efficient. Everything through their app."

"Very clean and bright. Also they accept Apple Pay. The customer service is lukewarm at best. I’ve been going here for a few months to get a feel of the place. The vibe here is always giving “hurry up and buy” type energy. My brown and black folks know what I mean. On rainy days, the floor is very slippery. I’ve seen them put down a hand towel at the door as a door mat. As one can imagine, it’s not helpful from stopping falls. If you’re someone who doesn’t care about price and want your clothes cleaned. I recommend the drop off service."

"I been a customer since first opened. At first they had a lounge with chargers and all TVs played news and stuff and the AC was on. Also the bathroom worked. Now it’s no TV on. No more lounge ( I think too many homeless was coming in ) and it’s hot. Bathroom says outta order for months. I drop off here and it’s always done perfect. They never lose anything. The staff is nice and it’s clean and bright. Def recommend even if it’s lost some of the Grand Opening Frills. lol"

"Brand new and loving it! First-time visitors receive a $5 toward their first $20 purchase on a laundry card and first-time app users get a free laundry bag! This place is newly renovated and in pristine condition: 36 of washers in four varying load sizes, and 36 dryers including 4 super-size. This location includes pick-up and delivery, and dry cleaning service. On-site amenities include a front area with couch seating and a table with charging stations. Nine folding tables make folding easy and 20 laundry carts. WiFi, coffee and clean rest rooms are an added convenience. Mostly love the 5 min walk so I can stop taking the bus up to Bright Mart Laundry. Get there early... this place fills up quick. I’ll be back!"
