"these people have all of my clothes locked in their building because the "laundromat person is on vacation" until the 27th. I'm writing this on April 18th. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have no clothes for the week so I guess I have to BUY MORE. I just reported this terrible irresponsible joke of a business to the department of consumer affairs. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. Update: They also ruined two pairs of my pants by tailoring them too short and completely butchering the hem. So basically the services I paid for, laundry and tailoring: $60, the two pairs of pants they ruined: $100, the pants I had to buy while they had my clothes locked in their business for 10 days: $80, TOTAL THAT THIS PLACE COST ME: $240"

"This is my go to place for basic drop off of my regular laundry. This place is no frills and you can go straight to the back to drop off your clothes, for what it is the prices here are much better than Apollo up the street($12 vs $23 is a huge difference and I really I thought it was a joke.) I’ve also had some pants hemmed here which were fine and if there was a problem I was told to bring it back but my pants are fine. It seems a family run operation and for the most part everyone is friendly or just doing their own thing. I don’t come in here to get great conversation and make besties so I don’t mind, as long as my clothes are ready, usually it’s a less than a day turn around. I will keep coming here and the dog is cute. They take cash and cards unlike Apollo."

"Unreliable! Choose a different cleaner! I was flatly denied by the woman in charge. Her employee was even surprised, “Really, no discount?” he said? “No.” I dropped off some dry-cleaning with this place and asked if they could turn it around in 24-hour hours. It was important that the order was rushed. I asked twice if it was possible to rush the order. The following day I returned at the scheduled time and my dry-cleaning was not ready, and was not available for me to take back uncleaned. I was told I’d receive a call later that day. I received no call. I returned two days later and was told my order would not be ready for another 3 days. A week after I requested a rush job and assured the service. I told them I was going to be out of town until the following week. I returned 10 days later and reiterated the above and asked if they’d like to make it right with a discount of any kind. I was flatly denied by the woman in charge. Her employee was even surprised, “Really, no discount?” he said? “No.” They didn’t care to correct her mistake. They did not care about keeping my business. They won’t care about yours. There are several other cleaners nearby. I highly recommend going to a competitor."
