"One star for their attention and care to the clothing being dropped off and their poor customer service. A sweater was shrunken, changed color (from cream to grey) and stiffened. We always let them know to gentle wash and low heat and have never asked for bleach (which was added to our receipt). I left a note for the owner and one of the workers took pictures of the sweater on Nov 7th. It’s now Nov 16th and no word from the owner. When I went back today, another worker was there and I updated her on the situation. She said many things: when it’s busy, it’s hard to pay close attention to the clothes; that we must’ve told the other worker to have added bleach to our clothes; and that the owner doesn’t do callbacks so I’d have to be lucky to catch her when she’s at the laundromat which could be whenever. I do not recommend this place. I recommend “Laundromat” (729 Meeker Ave) two blocks away instead."

"Cleaner than some Laundromats that I've seen. The staff are very pleasant. The only thing I can suggest is, bring your own toilet paper. They NEVER have any. Otherwise, all else is good."

"Do not go here! Rip off! I put 12 dollars in a machine for a new laundry card and it was not working. The employee threw her hands up like she could not help. Told me to a call a number for her boss The phone number is not working and out of service. Employee Veronica refused to help. Not to mention saw me putting money in a broken machine and did not stop me. Total rip off. Not worth 1 star! Told to come back tomorrow and doesn’t even know when her boss will be back. Terrible place and scam!"

"So if you think this place closes at 11 pm the real time you are wrong. Their clock is set 20 minutes fast inside so make sure your laundry isn't stranded there. If you also expect a smile or type of good customer service you should go somewhere else. The dryers are be too but I have no choice but to experience this pleasure one a week since it's so close. Just a heads up!!"

"Wish I could give 0 stars. I have never written a review before. I wanted to support the women who worked there and have always been nice to the them even though they let off a really rude annoyed vibe. I get a lot of eye rolls from them and they act annoyed if I need help. BUT THE WORST is that I started to notice stains on my clothing and also that simple dirt didn't get washed out and I didn't know so dried them and they are all ruined! The last two times I went in the dryer burned some of my favorite clothing. When I calmly asked for help or a refund or even to replace my clothing they simply walked away like I was being rude. I couldn't believe how rude they were! I never do dry cleaning there as the ruined and shrunk a favorite sweater. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE. I bought a brand new shirt and gave it a little pre wash there. Absolutely nothing on it. Came out of wash ruined with brown stains (like i've previously gotten) and she blamed me. I also noticed last time I went it didn't seem like water was working in washer as I could see detergent and all marks. She admitted it didn't work. Refused to stop machine or refund me. Just let me go right ahead. It is so wrong!! Clothes aren't cheap, but they are!"
