"The woman who runs this place really shouldn’t interact with the public. She was outrageously rude with this huge, creepy smile that made my skin crawl. When I called she said she would be able to do the tailoring work I needed done. So I walked over there, more than a mile!, and then she told me she didn’t have time to work. I mean, wth?! Just tell me that on the phone! And she was rude on top of it. Luckily I found Swan Cleaners by the Rutherford train station - they are kind and do great work that was finished on time and exceeded my expectations."

"I officially became a resident of Rutherford about 3 years ago, and I’ve been coming to this dry cleaners ever since. The woman working here is incredibly sweet and kind. She always asks me how my wife and family are doing. I bring a suit and some dress shirts here every month, and I’ve never had any issues. Great service and an excellent part of the Rutherford community!"

"Delightful customer service and spookily effective. Brought in a coat without mentioning that it had the tiniest stain of automotive paint on it, which was only noticeable if you knew where to look. Was not expecting that to be removed, just wanted to give the whole coat a refresher--but the stain was gone! And the coat looks great! Will definitely revisit sometime soon, great work!"

"They do a great job and are super friendly. She always remembers us when we come in (which isn't that often). I've taken some clothes there that couldn't be dry cleaned and they don't try to get a quick buck from me, they take a close look and if there's nothing they can do with it (because of the material, not because they can't handle the stains or anything) she just doesnt' charge me. They cleaned our wedding attire a week after the wedding and were able to get a LOT of wine stains out. Glad we found this place, as it seems good dry cleaners are hard to come by in this area."

"What a joke! Brought in a brand new suit for a quick press before a funeral. I returned the next day, paid, and all was fine I thought. When I got home and took a closer look the suit Was not mine. I immediately returned to correct the mistake and that is when I thought I was on one of those hidden camera shows. The nice lady was now no longer nice. She insisted the suit was mine. Ha. Different color and different size. I waited patiently as she punched in her computer and returned with the same answer. " this is your suit". I asked for my money back and would just l leave based on the timing and circumstances. She refused and said I paid and that was my suit. Maybe the most ridiculous experience of my life. Be very careful. She does not truly value your business and will NEVER admit she made a mistake."
