"Love this place, from dry cleaning to hemming and alterations. Tried two other dry cleaners in Rutherford before discovering Flash Cleaners, they're by far the best."
"i hate posting bad reviews but this one is needed IMO. I will never use them again and mind you i’ve Been bringing clothes there for over a year Dropped off work cloths on 12/20 and they tell me Fri 12/29 they will be ready. Their hours are 8-6 which makes it impossible to get during the week but ok. I come on 12/30 about 2:50pm which is before they typically close and there a sign that says closed until 1/3. Mind you she never bothered to tell me this when I dropped off clothes over a week ago. What really irritated me and why I am posting this is the lady, who absolutely knows me, is sitting in her car outside maybe 10 feet from the door and sees me walk to door. I look to her and wave to get her attention because i need my these clothes for work. She looks me dead in the eye and pretends she doesn’t know me and drives away quickly. Beyond terrible customer service and shows you why they think of their customers. NEVER again will I use them."
"They do charge up front which some people have a problem with, but I've never had an issue and clothes are always clean without any overbearing smell and nicely folded."
"Years ago I used this place since it's in town. I have been using a cleaner near my office for the last few years. Well they went out of business so I came back here. She made me pay up front which is not that big a deal but whatever. I pick up the suit and today I put it on and right away go into an allergic reaction. I can't breath. Scratchy throat. Eyes burning. The suit smells like this sickening sweet fabric softener smell. The suit is completely unwearable until I can air it out or have it recleaned They have no desire to fix the issue you may have and will not give you any compensation. Better off going somewhere else."
"Very disappointed. When I went to pick up my garments they weren’t wearing masks. I had to motion through the window to put on a mask since I was coming in. The man put on the mask, the woman didn’t at all. I waited by the door. Very surprised and disappointed that it’s December during a pandemic and this safety protocol isn’t being followed, meanwhile there’s a sign on the door saying customers can’t enter without a mask!"
