"I've been a customer of West End for quite some time, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. They have suddenly raised the price for shirt pressing to $5, which is an unreasonable hike from the previous $3.50. To make matters worse, they are falsely claiming that this has always been the price. As a recent customer, I know this is not true. This lack of honesty and the unjustified price increase have made me reconsider my options. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on."

"I had an urgent situation when I arrived at the dry cleaners at 6 pm, thinking they were open until 6:30 pm as indicated online, only to find out they closed earlier for the summer at 6 pm. With a wedding and a flight scheduled for 7 am the next day, I was quite stressed. However, after contacting them personally, they promptly returned, greeted me with a smile, and took care of everything efficiently. The customer service at this dry cleaners is truly exceptional. Despite my unexpected late arrival, they accommodated my needs with professionalism and a positive attitude. Most importantly, my boyfriend's suit, which needed last-minute alterations, came out perfectly fitted. I highly recommend this place not just for their quality of service but also for their dedication to customer satisfaction."

"I’m never one to write a review but felt the need after my recent experience. I never dry clean anything so I may be out of touch with the cost of things but I was completely shocked at the price it was for 2 coats which came to 56$! That is outrageous to me. For that price I can easily buy a new coat. Lesson learned always be sure to ask the price first."

"They lost my $100 dress shirt and then argued with me about it. Didn't offer to refund my money. I didn't feel like arguing so I just left. Dont use this place. Wish I had read these reviews before I brought stuff in there."

"I’ve been coming here several years, and the service has plummeted. A while back I took a dress to be cleaned, and it came back looking like it was crumpled up on the floor in the back of a closet. Their excuse was “We thought it was pleated!” It never had pleats or creases in it. I was so upset. They did try to fix it. I should have left it that. I gave them another chance and brought in two tops this morning. One had deodorant spots on them- I’m guessing not uncommon. The woman flat out said she couldn’t get it out. What? Deodorant spots on a shirt. I was livid. She barely looked at it, too busy on her phone. I can’t be bothered with a lazy woman who doesn’t want the business and/or will mess up my clothes. We will go somewhere else and I highly recommend you save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else to go as well. Edit- took my blouse to Park Cleaners. It came back looking great and without the spots. So to the lady sitting on her phone who couldn’t be bothered- you were wrong."
