"I went there first time to do laundry. Im from New york and we never used these cards to pay. I asked Spanish lady who was working there to use her card since im just doing laundry one time she refused to. When i used the machine to get card minimum was $10 and $1 for card. Im just spending like $6 for laundry and why would i pay $11 with card. This is not good system its a trap. That lady should’ve let me do for one time. This is not good system."

"I have been coming here for awhile to drop off my clothes to get done!! And just recently I notice the refrigerator and microwave right next to where they fold and put away our clothes!!! And another thing we was able to drop off our clothes and have the option to pay now or pick up, and the gentleman told me I had to pay now or I can go elsewhere!!! And there was another thing that bother me when I asked what time will it be done and the gentleman told me it will take (3) days to be completed; meanwhile it always took 24 hours to have it done!! Very Unprofessional and I will not come back here at all!!!"
