"I highly recommend calling John Stevens of the PCS Team. When we received unexpected orders in 2014 right at the end of a deployment to Afghanistan, John helped us list our home. Then, with a very limited amount of time to sell, we decided to also list it for rent, out of fear of being stuck with a mortgage. He was incredibly understanding and supportive though he had nothing to gain from the decision. Fast forward five years and our rental had become a nightmare, literally. The company we had hired to manage it wasn’t doing their job, our home was vacant, and new prospective tenants were viewing it whilst it was littered with garbage and belongings from prior tenants.
