"I was locked out of my apt and was hopeful the recorded key feature would save me from being locked out, however, it didn’t. Customer service confirmed they saw that I had saved the key.. but had the key did not save in their system. All she could say was “I apologize”, which I wasn’t looking for an apology, just wanted to know why it happened. I’ve already suggested all of my friends to use the service, but now I fear they might be put in the same situation as me. If you use the service, I guess make sure that it is saved after you do the whole fingerprint thing. Good luck"
