Despite arriving during non-peak hours, I endured excessively long wait times, often exceeding an hour. Adding to the frustration was the presence of a consistently rude lady stationed at the entrance, whose demeanor further soured the experience. The lack of professionalism extended to their customer care representatives, exemplified by one individual who exhibited uncooperative behavior, even towards my wife. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also undermines the trust and confidence customers place in the bank. Overall, my encounter with TD Bank in Liberty avenue was marked by inefficiency, rudeness, and unprofessionalism. It’s disheartening to witness such shortcomings in a service-oriented industry, and I hope for significant improvements in the future to enhance the customer experience."
"You have to wait about an hour or more to see an agent. There was a long queue to the till. The longest wait I've ever experienced even with banks in Africa. The lady that attended to us was nice but I had to go in another day and this time, the wait time was over two hours. Staff would rather chit chat than really attend to customers."
