"Worst bank in NYC. It will take about a month to receive your ATM bankcard. It happen twice. The bank card they give are the old one. You can't tap and pay for your bus train and items. so if you are in emergency. Forget about accessing your money the checks won't clear for 7 days."

"Avoid this bank at all costs. They will string you along and tell you that the original terms of your loan are confirmed only to increase the rates and reduce the available money at commitment time. I lost a deal because of their false promises and have two other friends who had to come up with six figures during the 11th hour of their closing process to not lose their deals. This is just another group of box checking, mindless, bankers."
