"Perpetually understaffed and utterly lacking any sense of urgency from leadership, this branch is a masterclass in apathy. The management is content to loiter in the lobby, idly observing the ever-growing line of frustrated customers waiting for the lone teller in the morning, without lifting a finger to assist. Waiting less than 20 minutes to see a teller or service representative is a fantasy here."

"One of the worst TD branches you could ever visit. Step in, security will give you a bad look as if you’re a robber. Teller will ask for questions including your social, your address, phone number, photo ID… You answered all the questions right. You have your debit card in hand but no, you can’t withdraw money from your account. If you’re providing an ID such as a US passport, they won’t do anything since the ID in their system is not your passport but your drivers license. Not a place to get served as a client , but a place to get some sense of nostalgia from the era of Soviet Union. Visit to see how bureaucracy was implemented by communists in the past"

"I don't know a thing about working at a bank but as a customer/client whom you need and need my minimum monthly balance every month or you will penalize me for not having the right amount of MY OWN MONEY - YOU NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME. The rest of your customers/clients do not understand WHY you only ever have only TWO TELLERS at any given time. There is no earthly reason why your lines wrap around to the interior of the bank for a majority of the day. Are you giving away, free cash? Are you purposely, understaffed? Why do I have to commit thirty minutes or more to make a simple deposit? No, I don't want to use your ATM, I want a person to make my business transaction(s), thank you very much. This place needs to do better before people start leaving en masse. Enough!"

"The customer service experience at this bank is atrocious. They force you to make appointments in order to be seen but then don’t honor them. I just saw a man whose ATM card was eaten by the ATM told to wait for help- he waited for over a half hour. When he followed up they told him to leave and come back another day. This is par for the course at this bank, and I plan on closing my accounts here soon. Avoid this branch until they have a complete overhaul and supervision of staff on site."

"The worst bank I’ve visited in my 34 years of living in New York City. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes to see a teller. It’s 8:34 and the doors are still not open. They are walking around inside doing nothing. They need to close this location down or send help ASAP."
