"Attempted to use this company to move my mother from Louisiana to Virginia. I was assured by Eric Schuman multiple times that this was no problem, he could handle it. He couldn't. Not only was he unable to arrange the move, he stalled and delayed to a point where I couldn't get it done by anyone else. I ended up moving my mother myself with a U-haul and the help of family members in the area, the youngest of which was in their mid-70s. I was sent to Schuman B-line by North American Van Lines.
