"Stay Far away from Commercial Credit Group! Wish I would have never signed up with them.....Go with your bank! Lies, Unprofessional, and Unethical. Got me to use my paid off kenworth as collateral for loan....and knew something wasn't right because the sales guy changed instantly after closing on the loan to extremely rude even saying" you shouldn't have taken loan", Brand New Truck was in shop 3 months over the last 7 months, Was transparent and honest with them to tell me they would work with me. Made a 10K payment based on agreement I had with Mark Lempko and then didn't hear anything until next payment was due. Then they contact me and tell me I need another 10K within the next 24 hours. Then said in fact they wanted 2 payments now and Put me in default an hour later on Wednesday asking for over 100K. Then repossess my truck and trailer that Friday night after i told them my bank would likely pay off the note. (refinance) I flew down to florida to get the other truck to bring back up to New York ....and they without telling me killed the ignition to try to prevent movement on the truck. I was under a load since they didn't tell me ahead of time they were going to do that. Did i mention, that they sent my application and contract to someone not on the loan. Lies, Deceptive, and Greed. I don't know how a company like this exist in 2023. If banks behaved this way, we wouldn't have any trust in them.... we are taking legal action against them......we should come together as one and stop this madness."
