Stephanie contradicted herself on our call, and I was met with a hostile tone when I asked for clarity. After 6 minutes, Stephanie seemed too frustrated to help and told us we should just use the 800 number instead. Given the nature of the business, you’d expect employees in this industry to handle themselves with more professionalism and tact."
