"SCAMMERS!!! Do NOT use these movers!! The owner will give you a quote over the phone and tell you it’s so much per hour and then when the movers get here, they give you a pricing list of each hour and it was completely different than what the owner of the business told us! Also, they will procrastinate and take their time to milk the hours so that you have to pay more. They will wrap everything (even things that don’t need wrapping) and they purposely go slow in doing it just to kill time. And the “blankets” they used to wrap out furniture was old, disgusting, ripping and smelly! They will also take forever to get to the new place just to kill time. What should’ve taken them 15 minutes to get to our new place, took them one whole hour!!! We called the owner because we didn’t want to be responsible for paying for an extra hour when it was the drivers fault. We also had to unload the stuff with the movers and they didn’t even assemble anything at the new place. We would’ve been better off with a U-haul. I wasn’t expecting to do any physical work since I just had a baby. That was the whole reason for hiring movers. The owner was vey rude and unprofessional and seems like he tells his guys to waste time just so they can squeeze an extra hour in. Then after everything is done, the mover tells us that he “left” the receipt at the old apartment and that we would have to go and get it and be charged for the time to go and get it! That’s just not right when it was his fault in the first place. They seem to try and pull a lot of tricks just to waste time."
