"Booked a taxi two days in advance to collect from a train stop. Reconfirmed the pick up when on the train, only to arrive to no car at 9:15pm. Had to then call the service to find out what was going on, no one knew and then they just had another driver call 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to say they could collect us in another 25 minutes. Unprofessional and I wouldn’t use this service again."
