"Yesterday, I had one of the best customer experiences I ever had living in New York City. I purchased a sofa and TV stand which needed immediate moving from the purchase place to my home all the way in Brooklyn. I searched around for moving places near me with high stars and great reviews. I saw AM-PM Super Movers perfectly fit that category. I called very last minute. An hour or so before the store closed. The dispatcher/representative was quick to respond, respectful, and accepted my offer for payment with the upmost appreciation. After confirming the payment and location of pickup, the movers were on the move. During rush hour traffic, I was nervous the movers would not make it in time before the place was closed at 5 PM. At exactly 4:58 PM, they showed up promptly ready to work. The drive from the purchasing place to my apartment in Brooklyn was safely maintained with the speed limit obeyed and thorough handling of the furniture. This task was so last minute I never thought a moving company, a delivery service, or any service could execute so professionally and swiftly.
