"They are terrible every time I use them I end up late for my appointments. If they say 25 minutes that means 60+ minutes. This is my 4 th and last tide with them. They only received 1 star because there's no option for zero stars. Terrible service."

"They make you late. You miss appointments, and they do not care. I have waited in upwards of a hour for my return trip. The dispatcher, and driver tried to blame me for them showing up late. When they showed it was a uber driver they called at the last minute. They also said making a complaint would do no good so I should not make one. Never again."
