"This company is HORRIBLE! Horrible literally! So many times I have called and they told me a time to be there and more than 20x it’s happened that they weren’t there. This happens all the time and the craziest thing is that they are the only base by my house. My kids have been late plenty of times they were supposed to be early dealing with the cab service! Not to mention I have videos of SEVERAL cab drivers asking me for my phone number and if I have a boyfriend , soo unprofessional. I’m about to post the videos below because they are out of control and then when I don’t entertain how they talk to me they always try and over charge me. They charged me $12 for a ride I always pay $8 and when I called the base he agrees with the driver as if I haven’t been taking new college cabs for years! They are awful and I will be moving forward with my sexual misconduct lawsuit because they are so unprofessional and inappropriate."
