"In Nov. '23, a box was sent from NY to Mobay. Paid almost 300$. Travelled to Ja in Dec to Jan 11 and box was still not ready to be picked up. Didn't get the stuff to use for what it was sent for. Finally received a call on Jan. 15 that it was ready and that the shipping fee to be paid was 17,500!!!! This money is to Quality, wharf and customs fee not yet assessed. When I called Mobay office to inquire I was told Kng determines price so I called Kng. They said because it was 'peak' season and that Mobay more expensive. I also called Bronx office to dispute charge and supervisor was no help even though I did business with them and they failed to warn me about Mobay fee being triple that of Kng. There was no sign posted in the office and no one told me that this was the case otherwise I'd have chosen a different shipping company or send to Kng instead. Now they want to extort 17,500$!!! For one box!!! This is disgusting and wicked. Hope this will be a warning to unsuspecting customers like myself who is now victim of their extortion."

"This was my first encounter which was also my last, I sent a total of 3 barrels and 1TV, two barrel @ $75 each was shipped with the TV for $150, I was told that I could have them make a crate for an additional $130 to secure the TV which I paid for, however when the shipment arrived in jamaica the cost for the paperwork was $20,500, customs assessed the 2 barrels and empty crate for $33,311, the TV was assessed at $24,000, the cargo fee was $4500, I was told that there was an issue on the paperwork submitted by the shipping company and the crate was an additional charge, long story short it ended up costing me $82,247.57 JMD to collect the 2 barrels and the TV even though I had the receipt for the TV and the $500 duty free allowance, I called and tried to speak to a manager in the Bronx location but I was told he will not speak to me about shipment, all I received was an, I am sorry from a staff member, I will never ship with them again, because of their negligence I am the one who had to end up loosing my hard earned money because they did not check all the invoices to make sure all their ducks were in order, this is unacceptable and I will also make a tic toc video about it, I feel BBC away quality zero !! This doesn’t even deserve 1 star but is needed in order to post this review"

"I have been shipping with this company for over 15 years. My experience has been excellent service. Never once lost any thing. Shipment arrived on time every time. It is your duty to pro actively call the Kingston number to check on arrival. You are given correct information of arrival and all you need to do. Recommended other persons and they have not had any issues."

"It is unfortunate that I will never use quality one again. After paying $410 for door to door service, half my items were stolen after getting to Jamaica. I am appalled at this horrible service. I hope everoneyreafs this review be for calling this company. They were the most discourteous, rude and all together disorganized. They never picked up the barrel when they were supposed to and had to be called to remind them that they had a pick up. There are many other companies out there."
