For example, I had scheduled a trip for today, at 1pm and had called them at 12:45 pm to request the status of my transport to be put on hold and hung up by Tiffany. In conclusion, I end up missing my appointment because they never showed up. Mind you, this isn't the first time they've done this to me."
"Was sub contracted through Access-A-Ride. I arranged a pick up from a dialysis center scheduled for 10:30p.m. I ended up with some of my own blood on my shirt because I rushed the tech. That is because an AAR cab it not required to wait more than 5 minutes. Eventhough, the cab has a window of 1/2 hr. Fast forward, It is now 10:45p.m. After calling SARa's base, the new arrival time is 15 min later. AAR offered voucher to use another cab co. Fast forward. I cancelled the cab I was going to the voucher on because Approach said they were in front. Fast forward, driver flipped departure and destination. Cab never called back. I ended up walking (granted only 10 min)home with an average blood pressure of 98/56. I gave 1 star because there was no choice available for a negative star."
