"Make sure you wallets are safe in your pocket cause I had a recent incident while traveling into a laconia taxi service taxi #250 and while paying my wallet fell . I was told by tge driver I was the last passenger for tge morning for him . After realizing my wallet was lost and got intouch with him . Was told he always search to see if anything is missing after each drop off . He started giving so many different excuses about how he went to wash his car in Jerome after 12am Saturday morning August 2024 .. at that hours in the morning no car wash wash the interior cars but mostly the outside of the ride I may lost over $420 plus all my cards but I leave everything to God. If there wasn't any money in it and only my cards I would ave get it back .. not saying all the drivers are like that but in sure of this driver base on how he's going around corner and keep giving different alliby. Until it happens to you all that's when you'll see what it feels like."

"This Laconia cab driver with his pants saggin belt was sent to give me a jump start and immediately asked me did they tell me how much “suspicions” he’d forgetting he had gave me a Jump start before. so I said no I don’t know the price he told me $25 dollars so I called back the base and they told me $15 I was so turned off and let down that this company had criminals like this working for them I reported the theft attempt to the base and the dispatcher said he would be reprimanded,suspended,and fined I hope he never does this to another person in poverty just trying to make it to work to make a living so sad. I hope the dispatcher hold true to her word because I’ll be calling back to see what action where taken against this act of fraud. Sounded like she just wanted to get me off the phone so she told me what ever but I’ll follow up"

"Some driver feel the need to have a loud phone conversation in non English while the passenger has to listen to it. Also they can not find simple addresses... That's what GPS is for! Terrible directions given."
