"Canceled my membership during the pandemic they didn't want to. Tried to renegotiate with me after they changed their name. Now apparently the sold my debt to a collector trying to scam me now. All the 5 star reviews are fake from them stay away from these scam artists."

"Good gym with good equipment for the most part. Bathrooms need a better cleaning. Even after being cleaned, smells of sweat mixed with dirty mop water. Never even touch the steam room or showers due to their lack of cleaning properly. They need a better payment system. If you make a payment in cash on your due date instead of card on file you get hit with a $25 late fee. Plus with this cyber outage. Their app isn’t working properly. Causing an automatic $25 late fee. Even when you do pay with card on file on your due date. The app failed to make the withdrawal on its own, leading to bring it to the attention to front desk. Who went to get the manager. Who was to busy to even attend the issue or make her way out her office. Even with them knowing their app is having these issues. You’re still expected to pay an extra $25"

"good gym , good machines but you guys really need to put more effort in cleaning . from the gym it’s self to the bathroom especially. whole bathroom smells like a dirty mop mixed with sweat . I love using steam rooms / saunas yet i have never went in because it’s honestly beyond dirty in that bathroom / steam room . even after it’s “cleaned “ it’s not clean ."

"The music at Evolve is very loud, making it difficult to hear your own headphones, even with noise-canceling AirPods. It seems like the staff might not realize that many members prefer to control their own audio, whether it's music, a podcast, or a workout guide. When I've asked to lower the volume, the staff hasn't been very responsive. Having music in the gym is great, but keeping it at a lower volume would significantly improve the experience for members. The facility is excellent, though the bathrooms could use some attention. Just wanted to share my thoughts constructively."

"Evolve Health & Fitness is an amazing gym. I love working out here, the members, and the staff, and trainers are super sweet. The gym equipment is amazing and updated; the gym has a juice bar, and shower and a SAUNA??? It’s a big gym BY THE WAY! It has a private upstairs area for people who are shy, or just want to workout alone. They also have a massage bed. It’s never too packed, so I can use any machine I want without having to wait over 5 minutes. But I give this place a 5⭐️ it’s amazing."
