"I bought the scooter from the Jamaica 170 St location, there all Chinese scooters are bad, I bought it in August 2023, and there have not been any months that I haven't had something broken. charged too much for basic services. Every time I go they will change the part and ask for an absurd amount of money. Then a few weeks ago I had another issue with the bike, I went again they would change the part, why don't you guys just fix everything at once? Why???. I don't know about their other products. If you are going to buy a moped do not hope, it'll last long. And don't even think about any warranty. Very bad experience with the moped, I already spent around $400, on a $1500 bike for repair."
