"Harold is extremely experienced and highly knowledgeable when it comes to targeting areas of my body that need improvement. Lifting weights for me is easy. However, because of all the years of lifting without focusing on my mechanics and building my foundation, I became stiff and prone to injury. He has helped me focus more on my mechanics and proper form. Surprisingly, the circuit training, calesthetic, and rehab exercises continue to not only fix my mechanics but also inprove my functional strength. I also never thought that the simple body weight/rehab exercises he has shown me would be so challenging. By the time I am done, I leave a pool of sweat behind and feel tired but also invigorated at the same time. I highly recommend Harold as a personal trainer.
