"Dropped off my bike to get my key switched out when I came back the job was done But my bike was missing a piece I didn’t notice till my ride home. When I can back to inquire they said they had no idea.. I had just bought this bike in “Like new”condition and it was my first ride I showed the photos for further proof and they just denied Will not be coming back if you service your bike here make sure you take pictures of everything on your bike before and after. On another note I understand that this piece does not make my bike any less effective but it is the idea that you go to service your bike thinking this is a place you can trust not to have bits and pieces taken from your bike. Would not be surprised if they are re selling these small pieces to others"

"I love this place!!! , i change my brakes on my ebike here all the time , the older gentleman is so nice and knowledgeable,he always gives me tips and explains the components he uses. The second time i was there he was on the job right away we didn't even had to talk. They sell ebikes there and the prices seemed reasonable. If they helped me with a bike they don't even sell , i can imagine they must be masters in the ones they sell."
