"These people have bare minimum knowledge and try to upcharge you every step of the way. Theyre unprofessional and incredibly rude to boot. All they care about is how they can soak up every dime possible from their customers. I genuinely don't understand how they're still in business, especially when there are other excellent bike shops so close by."

"I bought a bike from this shop three years ago with the promise of 4 years of free unlimited tune-ups. This was a major selling point for me, and I expected the shop to honor their word. However, when I brought my bike in for a tune-up over the weekend, I was told by the staff that the store was under new ownership and they would not honor the previous commitment. They claimed they did not have the business records from that time, which I find hard to believe and highly unprofessional. I repeatedly called and chased after a manager for four days before I could finally speak to one. The manager eventually agreed to do the tune-up for free but said I would have to pay for any parts or labor, which I was fine with because I was always planning to pay for new tubes. However, when I went to pick up my bike, I was shocked to find an additional $40 charge for a new bike chain that I neither asked for nor approved. This is a clear example of deceptive business practices and a blatant disregard for customer consent. The new ownership has turned what used to be a trustworthy and reliable bike shop into a place that engages in shady practices. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious. Their failure to honor previous agreements and their attempt to add unauthorized charges to my bill have lost them a customer for life."

"I definitely found my new bike shop! Came here after seeing some not so great reviews for another local shop fumbling with tire replacements. Needed a flat fixed and a tune up for the spring. I was quoted a week to two for a turnaround due to a busy season and got it back in 4 days! Rides like a dream. Reasonable prices and it's clear Alex cares a lot about his shop and his mechanics-- I trust them with my bike 100%. Thanks Bike Stop!"
