"Terrible service!!! Bus says is coming at one time but comes at another time every day. My child keeps missing school and I don’t have transportation to get him there. Two days in a row, they came 10 minutes earlier than time expected and when I call, they can’t do anything about it, today I walked out my door at 7:51. They said the bus will be there at 7:56 8 o’clock comes still no Bus I called. They said she said she was out there at 7:53 which is a complete lie because the bus stop is right in front of my house Bus 500 terrible terrible terrible would not recommend!!!never have this problem with first student."

"Multiple times the driver has driven past my child. Had to call for a different bus to pick her up twice and they had to dispatch one because they in fact did not stop. This time they absolutely refuse to call anybody else they state that they stopped no matter what is said, we literally watched the bus drive by her. They are refusing to come bring my child to school. The woman on the phone is useless and this company is absolutely terrible."

"Bought 2008 f350 from jerry hustled transportation manager took pictures of truck posted on auctions international I bought for 11,500,after I bring truck home I noticed all tires and rims were switched with bald tires.i contacted jerry and he admitted to it said HE wouldn’t deny it,I was right ,wanted to know what it would take to make it right I said 400,he said he has to take it to the superintendent,he would call me back this is 2 months ago,I’m STILL WAITING JERRY.,thats bait and switch jerry"

"The driver of bus number 152 is doing 10 miles over the speed limit in a residential area. At the time there were young boys and girls riding their bicycles in the street. She did not slow down for them. This driver and this company presents a danger to all involved."

"This company is ridiculous! The bus drive has done a stop and go not slowing down to more then 5mph driven right passed my sons bus stop when you try to call it says you have reached a non working number the bus driver is rude and yells at the kids"
