"There is not a better company to work for"
"Worst experience with a freight company in 20 years of shipments. Absolutely refused to deliver the crate they had been paid to deliver. Claimed it was too big for their equipment although had no trouble getting it off the truck when it arrived at the terminal or moving the crate to an out of the way location when I came to empty it. Couldn't explain how it could be loaded onto the truck at the origination point with nothing more than a pallet jack and a lift gate but couldn't deliver it to the destination with the same equipment. Had no interest in working with me to find alternate solutions. Was forced to pick up contents myself at their terminal 60 miles away"
