"I ordered a pool from a company that uses pilot freight as their delivery service. I was hung up on multiple times trying to figure out why my pool was not delivered after almost 3 months. After setting up two different appointments they never showed up to and I missed out on two days I could have been working I will never even consider this place again or even recommend to a friend or family member"
"This company doesn't even deserve one star. First I was told the night before the scheduled delivery date that the order was delayed, when it still hadn't even left the city of origin yet. I was told the new estimated arrival would be the following Monday. The following Monday came and I heard nothing from them. I contacted the original company I ordered from and they contacted Pilot and issued me a partial refund for the inconvenience (Pilot could learn a thing or two from Amazon's customer service). I finally heard from Pilot and was told they would call me when my order arrived in my city. Then when I heard from them next it was a short, borderline rude message telling me that they damaged my order and are returning it to the seller. No apology or anything. And they informed me that it was MY job to call and fix THEIR screw up with the original seller. As a previous manager who handled the shipping for a retail company, and now being self employed and frequently shipping bulk merchandise, I have never ever had such poor service from a shipping company before. How they still are in business and have contracts is beyond me."
