"So, we ordered a hot tub through peoplelikeclearwater.com on May 12th and based on customer reviews on Trust Pilot, we were dreading the freight shipment process. Other customers had nothing but problems once their hot tub had arrived from Florida to their nearest citys' freight company. We just had a completely opposite experience. We weren't even aware that out hot tub had left the manufacturer due to their website not updating it's status. The first indication we had was when we received a call from Mike at Air Dispatch. He called on a Wednesday and offered a delivery date the very next day . Brian arrived exactly when he said he would with no help from me, missing the call he placed a half an hour prior to arrival. He got it off the truck and was even nice enough to ask where I wanted him to put it. I can't believe that our experience was so fantastic compared to countless other customers who experienced nothing but headaches when they dealt with whatever freight company was located in their city. Thanks Air Dispatch!"

"Had a 9am to 1 PM window. They didnt show or call. I called and they said they would be late and be there by 2pm . I stated I had to leave at 230 since I have already free'd 4 hours waiting originally. 2 o'clock comes around and still not arrived. Waited until 230 and had to leave. I called the dispatcher and said I had to leave and had to reschedule. She stated she spoke to the driver and they can come after 5 when someone is home. I agreed because my girlfriend would be home. I get a call around 330 from the delivery driver stating they were at my house. I stated no one was home and that I was told they were coming at 5 and that I wasted 6 hours before waiting. He said oh he didnt know and was not told. In other words they could say they attempted delivery if if they knew know one was home hours after the apt window. I then called dispact again and was told I had to reschedule. They could only come between 1 and 5 PM the next day which no one would be home. She stated there's no other time they can come. In other word they were late and wouldn't compensate me and my schedule when I had been screwed the last apt. She said I can pick it up if I'd like or have to wait until next week. Now I am paying $40 for a uhaul van to pick up my shipment when I received free shipping. This is not right, this is a really un organized company and have no consideration. May have just been a bad day for them but at least compensate and work with the customer. Not cool or good for business."
