"My appointment was at 10:30am and i didnt leave the store until 1pm because I tried a whole fleet of bikes, including an employee's personal bike that she let me ride to park slope to test out putting my dog in the rear carrier, which I think he really liked! It was really really helpful to ride the bike as if i owned it and test ride taking my dog to the park before dropping thousands of dollars and risking him hating it. "We purchased two Riese and Muller bicycles from Propel about 18 months ago. My wife rides a Nevo 3 Vario HS and I ride the Charger 3 Mixte GT Vario HS. We live in Indiana . Propel delivered the bikes to our door fully assembled, ready to ride. In a perfect world we would have bought the bike near where we live . Propel has been easy to work with and have helped as best they can from such a long way away with the few issues I have had. My wife's Nevo has not had a single issue. My issues have all been self inflected. The only thing I would have changed if ordering again is not to order the HS option. The reason is we are both older and cannot develop the rpms to reach top speeds. We carry our Riese and Muller bikes on the back of our RV. We use them to explore as we travel the county. They work great getting us out of the campgrounds . We have over 1000 miles on each bike. You would be surprised a the hills we have riden up and down. Breaks are very important. Thank you Propel."
